Omega Modding Group (or OMG) is a group of affiliated moders and mod teams. Any moder is welcome to join this modding group to help in the following aims and purpose of the community;
Notes:
1) Share resources for the Empire AT War game that be Customisations, modifications, models, conversions, skins, Maps, Icons, and code.
2) Maintain control of your own individual mods for your own public contributions to the wider EAW community and the modding comunity.
3) Share and upload your files to a file share, and have acess to legal EAW Models, Conversions etc as stated above.
4) Files submitted to the Omega Modding group forums will be shared with all moders and mod teams affiliated with OMG.
5) Credits for any work used and submitted to this group should have the proper credits and legal matters referenced to the people who made the conversions or model or other work. DO NOT credit this group we are only the holder for indexing what is available for members and teams to use.
6) Members not sharing work maybe suspended from the group if they are found to be leeching work and not giving anything back to the group for sharing.
8) models used where they have been given to us to use by other moders or mod teams not affiliated with the project if used in mods in this case should be credited to Omega modding. + the mod the model came from etc (This is because the liecence to use the conversions or model was given to this group not you as an idividual).
8) Nothing donated to the group can be traded or free-released outside the group, Rather than disallowing all trade of any resources from a team in the group to one that isn't in the group.
9) Members found giving OMG work to other non-members with out the creators knowlege with be kicked out of OMG.
10) Members have the right to retain any models they would rather be kept unique for a particular mod. However we encourage sharing otherwise it defeats the objectives of this community.
11) Members part of this modding group have access to models which maybe unique and not widely available in mods else where. However although you will have access to models - it should not mean the use of every one of them. We need mods to be different, so use of the same models across different mods to the point a mod is identical to another is discouraged.
Please use this service wisely and with responsibility.
*These are not free to use models for the community, but donations from mod teams affilated with this cooperative. (Plus other non affiliated mod teams) who agree to share resources with this group.
*OMG Admins are members that will vote for new potential members to join the the gruop.
*This is a community for moders and Mod Teams and contributors who wish to share their resources with other people for the purpose of building EAW Mods.
